Household food waste is among the highest waste generated in Malaysia everyday. The decomposition of food waste in landfills contributed to emission of greenhouse gas which can harm our environment. To tackle the food waste issue, practice of 3R – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, is necessary.
Food waste is not just a rubbish. We can recycle it and turned into compost. We can also process the waste with our size reduction machine and use processed waste material in the bio-gas plant.
Depending on capacity, feed size and product size, we could offer a couple of different machine options for this application:
- Pre-Breaker: This could reduce such materials down to a few cm
- RD Vertical Shaft Disintegrator: This can reduce down to < 3mm – 4mm. Limitation on the feeding size.
